Services: Food, clothing and day shelter for approximately 400 guests daily. Also medical, counseling, referral and hospitality. No overnight services available.
Clients: Men and women 18-70+ years old. Meals will be provided for adults who present themselves with children.
Size: Forty full-time and up to 240 volunteer staff provide services and meals to more than 400 people, 365 days a year.
Donations: Men's and women's clothing in good condition; non-perishable food, meats and breads. Heavy coats, sweaters and boots during the cold and winter seasons. Funding.
Volunteers: Monday through Priday, 8 am to 4 pm; Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 2 pm.
Duties: Help needed in the kitchen serving food, sorting and labelling clothing, clerical help in some of fices, organizing fundraisers.
Requirements: Volunteers should be men or women 16 years + and in reasonably good physical condition.
Drop-off Time: Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm; Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm. Some assistance is provided in picking up and/or unloading donations. Tax receipts are not provided.
