Services: Suppers (T, Th, F at 6 PM, Wed at 5 PM), 'Caring & Sharing' (self-help counselling group) - Wed at 6 PM, Open Arts Studio (create drawings, watercolors, pastels, collages, fabric works) - Fri. at 4 PM, Clothing Closet (open M & W at 6 PM and T & Th at 6 PM except during summer), food pantry (non-perishables for any homeless person, and for those with homes from Malden, Medford & Everett), afterschool youth program (W & F, 4-7 PM and some weekend activities), advocacy on housing and benefits.
Clients: Men, women, children.
Size: 200 suppers served, 8-10 children in after-school program.
Donations: Food, clothing, art supplies, handicapped-accessible chair lift.
Volunteers: Volunteers are needed for many times and a variety of duties.
Duties: Publicity, word processing, van drivers to pick up people and food, freezer, dishwasher, unbreakable dishes, furniture transport.
Requirements: None.
Drop-off Time: Call to arrange I I AM - 7 PM, T-F.
