We use our cultural competency and technical savvy to create both Local and Global Learning environments that educate the individual as well serve to enrich the broader community. It is this method of developing human capital that we refer to as our OSCAP Methodology. We consistently look for capacity building methods that can be integrated into curriculum design for our students and global community. It is through such methods that all of us that inhabit this earth can "all be on the same screen".

Currently, over 3.5 million college students are taking online courses and/or earning online college degrees. At the secondary school level, over 700,000 high school students are taking one or more courses online, and nearly 40 states have established state-wide or state-lead virtual schools.
