THE FOUNDATION is a non-profit corporation created in 2000 through gifts given for the purpose of providing training to individuals currently working in the field of affordable housing management and who desire to further develop their skills.


RECRUITMENT ASSISTANCE - A service to employers who require employees

JOB FAIRS - The division will sponsor several job fairs a year where employers can meet employee candidates.

OUTPLACEMENT - A service to employers who wish to provide job placement support to their companies laid off employees.

CAREER COUNSELING - Individual consultation that leads to the development of vocational goals and planning.

RESUME WRITING - Individual resume development. Resume revision.

INTERVIEW SERVICES - Help for the employee candidate in interview technique

Shawmut Education is pleased to announce its collaboration with Coast 2 Coast Staffing Solutions to formally kick-off its job placement component. Coast 2 Coast Staffing Solutions is a national job placement organization based in Virginia with offices in various parts of the country. The partnership serves as the catalyst for our national job board.
